Hearty Crock-Pot Chicken With Dumplings

Ingredients Needed

  • Four Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • A Can Of Premade Biscuits
  • A Box Of Chicken Stock
  • Two Bay Leaves
  • A Small Onion (Chopped)
  • Three Cloves Of Chopped Garlic

Put everything but the biscuits in a crockpot and cook on low for six hours, or until the chicken falls apart when touched with a fork. Carefully remove the chicken breasts and strain the broth. It will be a lovely golden brown! Pick the chicken apart with a fork and return to the crockpot with the strained broth. Now it is dumpling time! Top the mixture with the biscuits and let it cook for another half an hour to forty-five minutes, or until they have basically become dumplings and have absorbed some of the delicious broth.

Exotic Chicken Skewers

Ingredients Needed

  • Two Small Chicken Breasts
  • One Cup Of Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 A Cup Of Honey
  • 1/2 A Cup Of Cold Water
  • Four Cloves Of Garlic

Slice the chicken into strips and set aside. Mix the other ingredients together and lightly coat the chicken with about half of the mixture. Now it is time to let the chicken soak in that delicious marinade for at least three hours. Once three hours has passed, fire up the grill and get ready for a delicious dinner!

Put the chicken on metal skewers and grill each side. While one side is on the grill baste the other with the remainder of the mixture. Remove and enjoy!

Chicken Breast Stuffed With Creamy Goat Cheese In Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • Four Chicken Breasts
  • 8 Ounces Of Goat Cheese
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • Angel Hair Pasta
  • One Bottle Of Alfredo Sauce
  • Olive Oil

Cook the angel hair pasta until it is al dente. Take each chicken breast and make a small pocket in the side. Insert goat cheese into the pocket and repeat with the remaining chicken breasts. If there is extra goat cheese available after stuffing each one, don't be afraid to add a little bit more. Pan fry the chicken breasts in olive oil for ten minutes on each side. Test the chicken for doneness by slicing a small piece off if you’re nervous about your cooking prowess. If there is no pink, the chicken is done! Slice the chicken and set aside. Pour the alfredo sauce over the pasta and then crown with the sun-dried tomatoes and pieces of goat cheese stuffed chicken for total culinary perfection.
